We are happy to announce the release of version 5.1 of our FeedbackServer product.

This version and includes following improvements :

• Ability to copy existing pages from one form to another
• Panelist attributes can be piped into the campaign invitation subject, from name and from email
• Campaign show last date when a respondent has open the survey using their invitation link

• Mailchimp security addin to retrict access to mailchimp list members
• Email security addin invited emails value can be piped into forms
• Token security token value, email, last name, first name or issue date can be piped into forms
• SQL security addin to restrict form access to sql entries
• Values can be piped from the SQL query used by the SQL security addin
• Panel security addin entry / error messages can be replaced by custom messages

What is the upgrade procedure from v5.0.4 to 5.1?

Hi,

Delete all the files that you have in the directory where you have feedback server installed and then copy back the content of the new installation zip to that directory. Once this is done use the http://yoursite.com/fs_install web database installer, enter your DB information and upgrade your db to the latest version, no data will be lost during that process. Make sure to back up all the files / data prior of upgrading to the latest version.

Note that if you used the system message editor to translate language files to keep all non us.xml en-us.xml and native.xml files and then copy them back to the fsxmldata/languages directory.
